From print list to paper plan

Five steps. Check one sheet before you print the full job.

Add your paper

Choose the exact dimensions printed on the pack. A rounded 10 x 15 cm label can mean 4 x 6 in (101.6 x 152.4 mm), 101 x 152 mm, or an exact 100 x 150 mm cut. The presets keep the common 4 x 6 in and exact metric cuts separate; use Custom for another manufacturer size.
Add the prints

Use the final print size, not the image's pixel size. The global cm / in selector updates presets, custom dimensions, margins, and gaps without changing their physical size.
Set margin and gaps

Margin is the space around the sheet edge; gutters are the gaps between prints. They default to zero for borderless layouts. Enter the clearance your printer and cutting workflow require, then check one test sheet.
Choose what to minimize

Lowest cost uses your pack prices. Least paper waste works without prices. Both modes try to place every requested print first.
Export the plan

The PDF is a print and cutting worksheet. The Lightroom Classic download contains Custom Package templates. In either case, check the paper size and disable unwanted scaling before printing.

Result labels

Proven best: No valid layout has a lower cost or paper use for this job.
Best found: The layout is usable, but the search did not prove that no better one exists.
Unplaced: A print is too large, there is not enough stock, or no valid space remains.
